The Cintiq is, well, the holy grail of the tablets so far! I use it, just to try it, so I don't know how to handle it well. So the size is completely up to you and the way you use it. I have the medium size and I'm looking forward to get a large one, but this is because the larger the drawing space is, the less pressure I put in my wrist.
